Architecturally Designed North Shore Renovation

Tecon Building transformed a dated North Shore house into a high-end, architecturally designed residence. The renovation included key structural upgrades such as a new slate roof, water tank, reinforced footings and new rooms. 

Inside, the home was reconfigured with an extended living area to strengthen the indoor–outdoor connection for entertaining. A new laundry with extra storage was incorporated and a renovated garage were added, while the bathrooms were rebuilt with quality fixtures. Oak timber flooring was laid throughout to complete the update.

Architectural details included an open plan cathedral ceiling custom stainless steel doors linking the open-plan living area to the formal lounge, designed to capture the north-east aspect. Automated skylights further enhanced natural light, while the kitchen was fitted with navy cabinetry, matte black finishes and a tiled backdrop for a practical and contemporary finish.
